SMS Consent Script
iHELP Solutions — Verbal Opt-In Documentation
Overview
This page documents the exact verbal consent process used by iHELP Solutions when collecting phone numbers from customers who call our scheduling line at (239) 399-6452. Customers who provide their phone number during this process consent to receive appointment-related SMS messages from iHELP Solutions.
Verbal Opt-In Script
When a customer calls (239) 399-6452, they reach Oliver, iHELP's automated scheduling assistant. The following script is used verbatim:
"Hi, thanks for calling iHELP! My name is Oliver, I'm iHELP's scheduling assistant — how can I help you today?"
"Would you prefer a remote online session or an onsite appointment?"
"Can I get your full name please?"
"What's the best phone number for your technician to reach you?"
By providing their phone number at this step, the customer consents to receive appointment-related SMS messages from iHELP Solutions, including verification codes, confirmations, reminders, and cancellation or rescheduling notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
"What email address should we use for your appointment confirmation?"
Oliver confirms the appointment details and books it in the calendar. A confirmation SMS is sent to the phone number collected in Step 4.
